Payment and Shipment
You may pay for your order with Paypal.
Orders will generally be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days
upon receipt of your payment.
Orders placed through weekends and holidays, will generally be processed the following business day.
When Product(s) have been shipped pursuant to your order,
Play-Japan.com will attempt to notify you by e-mail,
using the e-mail address you provided to confirm shipment.
In most cases, your Paypal account will not be charged if Play-Japan.com declines to accept your order.
If your account has been charged, Play-Japan.com will process a refund.
Quantity Limitations
Play-Japan.com may limit or cancel quantities available for purchase on any order on any basis,
and to alter the availability or duration of any special offers at any time.
Play-Japan.com may reject any order, or any part of an order.
Product Display
Play-Japan.com attempts to display the image of the products which is available.
However, Play-Japan.com cannot guarantee that the product picture you see is exactly the actual product look.

services, and prices, but does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information.

In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a product or service
that affects your outstanding order with Play-Japan.com,
we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order.
If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase,
Play-Japan.com will issue a credit to your Paypal account in the amount of the charge.
Prices that appear on the site are Play-Japan.com prices unless otherwise indicated.
Play-Japan.com prices are not intended to represent the price of Japanese products at other retail stores.
Prices at other retail stores are set by the retailer.
All prices are shown in JapaneseYens exclusive of value added tax (VAT) and shipping costs.
Delivery
Product(s) will be delivered to the shipping address you provided.
Risk of loss and damage of product(s) passes to you
on the date when the Product(s) is/are despatched by Seller to the carrier.
Play-Japan.com will not be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, customs clearance,
or other regulations that apply in countries outside Japan.
It is your responsibility to pay the charges levied by the authorities
and observe the respective regulations of the country in which you receive your order.
If an order shipment is undelivered for any reason, (wrong address, no reclaim, etcetc...)
the product(s) ordered by you will be returned to Play-Japan.com at your expense.
Changes
Play-Japan.com reserves the right to update, revise or change these terms and conditions,
the price of the Product(s) and any other information listed on Play-Japan.com at any time.
Any such changes will take effect when posted on the Website and it is the Customer’s responsibility
to read the terms and conditions and confirm the price of the Product(s)
on each occasion when he/she uses Play-Japan.com and the Customer’s continued use of the Website
shall signify his/her acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
Force Majeure
Play-Japan.com shall not be responsible for any delay of delivery or failure in product function
caused by anything beyond our controll,
like accident, weather, disaster, catastrophe, political restriction, embargoes, war.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed under laws of Japan.
The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo/Japan,
being the place where your order/offer has been received/accepted.
