The 2nd game of Blade Battler's serie come with much more content than the previous one. Not only new characters, with new skills... but also new maps with the old being improved graphically, much longer and improoved "storyline" mode, accesories... and deleted the bad looking old custscene special attacks instead adding an improved bankai/release forms which have additional skills and or greatly boost old ones. Also there are added special "event" powers while someone releases his powers... to add much more crazyness and speed to the battle. In the end prolly major difference too is making the bankai bar a different one thus like said before enabling to use skills while on bankai, also the flash steps became free not eating energy... So generally the game became faster, flashier and more exciting... if u played the 1st one the 2nd one is a great upgrade for you. If u didnt play it, u should try it anyways since its a great game itself...

36 characters fill up the roster in this party fighting game. You can fight 1vs1, 2vs1, 3vs1, 2vs2, and 1vs1vs1vs1 with either the com or with friends using a multi tap.
Great graphics for these bleach characters and fun interactive stages to contend with.
Good music and sound effects too.
The biggest difference between this sequel from the first blade battlers is that the bankai ultimates from the first game was replaced with the much more fun and challenging bankai transformations.
Easily one of my favorites in my top 5 favorite anime based fighting games that I own, and I own many.
