It's still better than the dragonball z infinite world game, even after all of these years...in my opinion.
Good cel shaded graphics and backgrounds.
Music is average.
Gameplay is great. It is still one of the best and more polished anime games out there.
Dragonball Z3 is where beam battles were first introduced. It is also the only dragonball z game that has dragon rushes during gameplay...which is a sort of rock-scissor-paper system that occur after a condition is met, that other games like the naruto shippuden narutimate accel and the saint seiya games were to later come to adopt in its gameplay.
It also keeps the burst action factor that were in the two other previous dragonballz games.
The Dragonball Z and Dragonball Z Sparking games also have great artificial intelligence to its COM opponents so even playing by yourself, the computer controlled opponent plays like a very intelligent and skilled human player. In other words, it is clever and unpredictable.
Still a great game, and for a great price.
I still have mine after all of these years...and I will never part with mine.
