Warranty Information
We can offer six months warranty for our projector lamps.
If the lamp fails within 6 months after you receive it, please send it back to us. Once we receive the defective item, a replacement will be sent to the customer for free shipping charge. Defective item will be replaced with only the same model. If the replacement is not available due to sold out or discontinued item, we will give you full refund for the item and the shipping cost.
Important note:
Unless this item is defective, we can not accept your returns for this item.
Also, it's required to be the exact same condition when the items were sent,
factory sealed, unopened, etc.
The shipping cost and return shipping charge will be paid by buyer.
